We at Latitude Energy Partners LLC work with you and offer independent energy advisory for residential, small business, and large commercial clients. The following are our products and arrangements (see below for more scope details):
Energy Consumption Baseline Assessment ($199)
We retrieve your electric meter load data to analyze energy consumption and identify patterns and cost drivers. This informs our customers how they spend their energy and how it is reflected on their bill.
Energy Solutions Feasibility Assessment ($499)
This includes the Baseline Assessment scope plus finding solutions for your home or building to lower your electricity costs through solar, battery, and rate optimization.
Owner’s Representation (Contract-Based)
Owner’s representation services that guide energy projects from concept through construction with independent oversight and clear accountability.
